Your account, your choice
Delete your Nook account.
Nook provides a clear deletion path for the account and cloud data used by Nook Sync.
Open Settings → Nook Sync on a signed-in device, choose Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. Nook authenticates the request and deletes the account, synced notebook data, and synced attachments. Local notebook data remains on the device so it is not silently lost.
Web deletion request
If you cannot open Nook, request deletion by emailing support@nook.my.id from the account email address. Do not include a password, verification code, access token, or private journal content.
For account protection, support may need to verify that the request belongs to the account owner before completing deletion. We will not use this page to ask for your password or authentication tokens.
What deletion removes
- Nook Sync account and Supabase Auth identity.
- Cloud notebook entities associated with that account.
- Private synced attachments associated with that account.
What deletion does not remove automatically
Local data stored on a Windows or Android device stays local. Review or export it before uninstalling the app if you want to keep a copy.
Read the Privacy Policy for data handling details or contact Support for help.
